Scopul colectarii datelor cu caracter personal este de a opera si livra comenzile efectuate de dumneavoastra.

Garantia produselor 

Toate produsele comercializate de catre site-ul nostru: www.lilia.ro , beneficiaza de conditii de garantie conforme legislatiei in vigoare si politicilor comerciale ale producatorilor. Produsele sunt noi si provin din surse autorizate de fiecare producator in parte. Produsele au termenul de valabilitate inscriptionate pe eticheta.

Informatii despre produs 

Ne straduim sa redam cat mai exact culoarea produselor afisate pe site, insa culoarea pe care o vedeti dumneavostra depinde de monitorul utilizat si de setarile acestuia. NU suntem responsabili pentru posibilele diferente de culoare intre cea afisata pe monitorul Dumneavoastra si cea a produsului. De asemenea, toate pozele produselor si toate paletele de culori/nuantele aferente sunt din sursa furnizorului autorizat al fiecarui brand in parte. Producatorul fiecarui brand in parte este raspunzator pentru eventualele diferente de nuante dintre produsele expuse online sau produsele de catalog si produsele din realitate. De asemenea, exista poze ale produselor realizate in studiourile noastre de fotografie ( studiourile lilia.ro ), poze pentru care ne asumam toata raspunderea.

Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza pentru retur toate produsele care prezinta urmatoarele: produse testate, fara etichete intacte, cu sigilii rupte, sterse ori desprinse, produse “atinse” sau produse cu orice fel de modificari fizice, lipsuri cantitative, lovituri, ciobituri, zgarieturi sau socuri.

 

Ne rezervam dreptul de a schimba pretul produselor fara o notificare prealabila. Ne asumam raspunderea ca valoarea comenzii NU se va modifica dupa confirmarea telefonica a acesteia sau prin emailul de confirmare la adresa specificata de dumneavoastra la inregistrare.

 

Ne rezervam dreptul de a anula comanda clientului cu o notificare telefonica sau prin email in cazul in care produsele din comanda acestuia nu se mai afla pe stoc (stocul nostru sau depozitul furnizor) sau in cazul in care produsele care ar fi trebuit sa fie trimise sunt respinse pentru a fi livrate din depozitul furnizor.

RETURNAREA PRODUSELOR  

 

Ordonanta Guvernului nr130/2000 prevede urmatoarele:

 

“Consumatorul are dreptul sa notifice in scris comerciantului ca renunta la cumparare, fara penalitati si fara invocarea unui motiv, in termen de 10 zile lucratoare de la primirea produsului.

 

Singurele costuri care pot cadea in sarcina consumatorului sunt cheltuielile directe de returnare a produselor”.

 

Art. 7. – (1) Consumatorul are dreptul de a denunta unilateral contractul la distanta, in termen de 10 zile lucratoare, fara penalitati si fara invocarea vreunui motiv. Singurele costuri care pot cadea in sarcina consumatorului sunt cheltuielile directe de returnare a produselor. Termenul de 10 zile prevazut pentru exercitarea acestui drept incepe sa curga:

a) pentru produse, de la data primirii lor de catre consumator, daca au fost indeplinite prevederile art. 4;

In termen de 10 zile de la primirea coletului poti returna produsele cumparate si primesti banii inapoi, costul transportului este suportat de Client.

Nu se accepta pentru returnare produsele desigilate, testate sau incercate, produse care prezinta modificari fizice, lipsuri cantitative, lovituri, ciobituri, zgarieturi, socuri, etc. Din cauza naturii delicate a produselor comercializate, ne rezervam dreptul sa refuzam orice produs returnat care nu poate fi revandut ca nou, intrucat poate pune in pericol sanatatea cumparatorilor.

 

Produsele comercializate pe acest site sunt in perfecta concordanta cu normele si cerintele europene aplicabile la aceasta data inclusiv pe teritoriul Romaniei.

 

Garantam in procent de 100% originalitatea produselor si provenienta acestora exclusiv pe cai legale. lilia.ro  nu comercializeaza produse replica sau produse a caror provenienta nu este certa.

1. Produsele sunt importate si provin de la producatorii al caror nume il reprezinta.

2. Produsele au certificat de valabilitate, certificat de calitate / conformitate ” Certify of sanitary / phytosanitary inspection / Certify of Authentic and Genuine Products ”

Termene de returnare a banilor

Pentru retururi integrale de comenzi, Clientul primeste banii aferenti produselor returnate si costul transportului achitat initial in interval de 14 de zile calendaristice de la data la care lilia.ro este informat de catre client cu privire la decizia acestuia de a returna produsele.

 

VALABILITATEA SI PREZENTAREA PRODUSELOR COSMETICE

 

Multi clienti sunt interesati de calcularea termenului de valabilitate al produselor, mai ales ca pe unele produse nu se intalneste specificat un interval de valabilitate a produsului.

 

Acest lucru este perfect legal si se incadreaza in reglementarile legii 178/2000 privind produsele cosmetice armonizata cu prevederile directivelor Comisiei Europene, care precizeaza la articolul 8 lit e) faptul ca:

 

Termenul de valabilitate, marcat prin sintagma “A se consuma de preferinta inainte de”, urmata de data sau de detalii privind locul unde este inscriptionata data pe ambalaj. Aceasta informatie se completeaza printr-o indicare a conditiilor care trebuie satisfacute pentru a garanta valabilitatea declarata. Data se exprima clar si consta din luna si anul, in ordinea respectiva.

 

Indicarea termenului de valabilitate nu este obligatorie pentru produsele cosmetice cu o valabilitate minima de cel putin 30 de luni. Asemenea produse sunt insotite de indicarea duratei de utilizare de la deschidere care nu prezinta nici un pericol pentru consumator.

 

Semnul distinct pentru durata de utilizare de la deschidere este prevazut in anexa 2 a legii mentionate si este prezentat sub forma desenelor urmatoare:

 

Cand cumparati un produs din aceasta categorie, la o analiza a acestuia, veti observa o cutie cu un capac deschis care are trecut in mijlocul ei semnul : 6M, 12M, 24M, 30M etc.

Acest desen se traduce astfel: Termenul de valabilitate se calculeaza din momentul deschiderii produsului si este de – conform desenelor – 12 luni / 36 luni.

Totusi, daca din anumite motive aceasta cutie NU este prezenta pe produs acest lucru nu inseamna ca produsele nu au termen de valabilitate sau sunt expirate.

Produsele se livreaza in ambalajul lor original care poate fi:

1. – simplu , atunci cand produsul nu se afla in cutie, majoritatea produselor venind in cutii de carton sau tiple cu un numar mai mare de bucati inclus in ambalaj, sau pe standuri ( respectivele cutiute maro de carton compartimentate cu 2,3 respectiv 4 casute) ;

2. – in cutie , atunci cand produsul este ambalat direct de producator in cutie, singur;

3. – cartonat , atunci cand este amblat pe un suport de carton, sigilat cu o feresatra transparenta din material plastic.

Aceste termene de valabilitate sunt in stransa legatura cu modul de utilizare si conditiile de depozitare a produsului. Orice produs cosmetic, depozitat in locuri racoroase, ferite de umezeala, fara expunere la soare, isi va mentine proprietatile si caracteristicile sale pe toata durata sa de folosire.

ATUNCI CAND SESIZATI PRIN ORICE MODALITATE (MIROS, GUST, VAZ) CA UNA DIN PROPRIETATILE PRODUSULUI S-A MODIFICAT ARUNCATI ACEL PRODUS PENTRU CA VA POATE DAUNA SANATATII

Avand in vedere volumul mare de produse care vin de pe plan international, si datorita faptului ca anumite produse sunt ambalate si denumite in mod diferit in functie de aria geografica careia i se adreseaza, sunt situatii cand un produs difera la ambalaj si mod de prezentare fata de ceea ce s-ar putea sa aveti deja acasa, insa nu se pune problema asupra calitatii/originalitatii .

De exemplu, cunoscuta marca de crema OLAY, in functie de zona unde se comercializeaza poate fi intalnita sub numele de Oil of Olaz (Germania, Franta, Italia), OLAY (Irlanda), Oil of Ulay (Anglia); sau fondul de ten Accord Parfait (Franta, Italia, Germania) poate fi intalnit si sub denumirea de True Match (SUA, Canada) ceea ce nu inseamna ca sunt doua produse diferite ci acelasi produs dar destinat unei arii geografice diferite.

Litigii 

Orice litigiu aparut intre Utilizatori si Lilia S.R.L. va fi rezolvata prin cale amiabila. In cazul in care nu s-a reusit stingerea conflictului pe cale amiabila, competenta revine instantelor de judecata romane.

Dispozitii finale 

SC Lilia S.R.L. isi rezerva dreptul de a efectua modificari ale prevederilor semnalate, precum si orice modificari asupra site-ului  www.lilia.ro , structurii acestuia sau orice alte modificari ce ar putea afecta site-ul, fara a fi necesara vreo notificare prealabila catre utilizatori in acest sens.
